The Technical Partner (s) shall be expected to deliver the following scope of services (further detailed in the Terms of Reference attached; In addition bidders to download all documents on this page as Sections 7,3,6 and complete as required):SCOPE:- The Government of Namibia, through the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME), has adopted the EMPRETEC approach in recognition of the need for an internationally proven, scalable mechanism to build entrepreneurial capacities and strengthen the MSME ecosystem. UNDP and the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) are preparing to roll out an expanded cycle of EMPRETEC Entrepreneurship Training Workshops (ETWs) across multiple regions in the year 2026. To ensure delivery in line with global quality standards and certifications, the programme requires contracting certified EMPRETEC master trainers to provide the specialized behavioural-based entrepreneurship skills training and business development services central to the model.
