The International Labour Organization (ILO) Malawi Project Office invites eligible and qualified hotels in Lilongwe, Malawi, to submit quotations for the provision of conference facilities and related services for a half-day validation meeting on the Diagnostic Study on Informality, Formalization of the Rural Economy and Extension of Social Protection in the Agriculture Sector in Malawi. The meeting is scheduled for 22 October 2026 and is expected to accommodate approximately 30 participants. Required services will include a suitable conference room, morning refreshments, lunch, and reliable internet connectivity, and standard conference equipment. Interested service providers are invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the requirements and instructions specified in the RFQ.
