RFQ – Provision of Hotel Venue and Catering Services for an ILO Event in Aqaba

This RFQ is addressed exclusively to hotels. We kindly request interested Aqaba hotels to submit their quotation for the provision of a meeting room and related hotel services as per the following requirements: Date: 11 & 12 of November 2026 Time: 09:00 – 17:00 Number of Participants: 30 participants (15 participants per day). Meeting Room Set-up: round table Equipment: Screen and projector Water: Glass water bottles Catering: two rich coffee break and lunch Only quotations submitted directly by hotels will be considered.
