( as per Procurement Plan ): TV-TFD-545530-CS-INDV The Tuvalu Fisheries Authority (TFA) has received financing from the World Bank/International Development Association (WB/IDA) for the Tuvalu Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program for Economic Resilience (TV PROPER), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services ( the Services ) involve engaging an Individual Consultant to undertake the Mid-Term Review process on behalf of the Implementing Agency and submit the findings to the World Bank (WB) as part of the formal Mid-Term Review process. As the project has now reached the midpoint of its implementation period, a comprehensive review is required to assess progress, implementation performance, achievements, challenges, and the way forward for the remaining duration of the project.
