(REOI) SELECTION OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (ADVERTISEMENT) The Project South Tarawa Sanitation Project (STSP) Assignment Title Procurement Specialist (Open/International) Reference No. KI-MISE-552080-CS-INDV The Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy (MISE), Government of Kiribati (GOK) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the South Tarawa Sanitation Project ( STSP) - P176108 and intends to allocate part of the proceeds for the procurement of consulting services. The consulting services ( the Services ) include services as STSP Procurement Specialist . The Consultant will be recruited for 150 working days within one year period with 3 months probation, with the potential for extension based on satisfactory performance and ongoing project needs, and subject to availability of funds. It is anticipated that the Consultant will commence duties in Q2 2026. A Time-Based Contract will be signed. Firms staff may express interest through the employing firm for the assignment and, under such situation, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process.
