The Government intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services, and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project comprises the following components: Component 1: Social and Economic Services and Infrastructure This component will support the construction, rehabilitation, upgrading, and maintenance of priority basic service infrastructure. Investments will benefit both refugees and host communities and support the transition roadmap for integration into national education, health, and water supply systems. Component 2: Integrated Natural Resource Management This component will finance interventions aimed at environmental restoration and protection to address ecosystem degradation in Refugee Hosting Districts (RHDs), exacerbated by climate change and increased pressure from refugee and host community activities, including deforestation. Component 3: Economic Opportunity This component will enhance economic opportunities in priority value chains and strengthen production and market participation among refugees and host communities. It aligns with Government priorities under the National Development Plan IV (NDP IV), focusing on agri-business development, value addition, entrepreneurship, and increased household incomes.
