Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2. Hereby the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, invites eligible bidders to submit applications in sealed envelopes for Construction of the Soil and Agrochemical Station Building in the Chet-Bulak Quarter of Batken City. 3.
