The project, Inclusive Connectivity and Development Project (ICDP) is to be implemented in collaboration with the World Bank (WB) and is intended to enhance road connectivity and economic opportunities for the rural population with a focus on developing road networks and agriculture logistics as part of a broader Government program The consulting services (“the Services”) include : The ICDP Project Management Unit (PMU) has commenced the rehabilitation and improvement of approximately 1,200 kilometres of rural roads across twenty-one (21) districts and 47 bridges in 13 districts, and further loan intends to proceed to payments for a consultant towards Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Contract Administration for Rehabilitation and Improvements of bridges in 13 districts. In order to ensure the timely implementation, effective supervision, and successful achievement of the project objectives, including weak bridge rehabilitation and post-disaster recovery activities, the ICDP has identified a
