GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Country: Rwanda Name of Project: Rwanda Urban Mobility Improvement (RUMI) Project Practice area / sector: Transport Loan No./Credit No./TF No./Grant No .: 78610-RW; 77240-RW and 78620-RW Project ID No.: P176885 The Government of Rwanda has received financing in the amount of US$ 204.04 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rwanda Urban Mobility Improvement (RUMI) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the European Investment Bank and European Union (EIB/EU).
