Scope The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the requirements for the removal and replacement of an existing condenser water pump skid serving the chiller plant at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. This pump circulates condenser water for the chiller and supplies cooling to the walk-in refrigeration system serving the main hospital kitchen. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and expertise required to complete the project in accordance with applicable VA, OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
