Solicitation 15B61826Q000000007 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 311999. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1-500 employees. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered. The basis for the award will be best value per line item and Vendor’s past performance . The Government will award the responsible contractor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on price related factors and past performance per FAR 12.203.
