Only quotes from SAM.gov registered small businesses will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This acquisition is being solicited as an exact brand name/model or equivalent total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333924; industrial truck, tractor, trailer and stacker machinery manufacturing; which has a small business size standard of 900 employees (www.sba.gov). For vendors’ quotes to be considered you must be registered as a small business in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as a small business under this NAICS code. Additional NAICS codes under general equipment manufacturing or having to do with aircraft moving devices may also be considered at the discretion of the contracting officer and if they meet the small business size standard; however, wholesaler NAICS codes will not be accepted. Delivery should occur within 90 days after receipt of the order. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings.
