The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement to procure the services noted below. The Government determined that no award would be made under the original RFQ due to no technically acceptable bids received that met the original minimum lodging distance requirement and a revision to the Government’s minimum lodging distance requirement necessary to meet operational needs was made in the best interest to the Government.
