The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for cyberFEDS subscription services in support of the USACE Office of the Chief Counsel. A draft Purchase Description describing the services required has been attached. The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The purpose of this DRAFT Purchase Description is to gather industry comments, suggestions or questions before the release of the solicitation. This notice is for market research purposes only with the intent to identify vendors that are interested and capable of performing the requirements listed in the attached DRAFT PD.
