DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to ensure a full system inspection and rebalancing of the building's heating system located at USCG AIRSTA Port Angeles. The work will involve testing all relevant components, adjusting flow rates to achieve specified performance, and verifying the correct operation of the entire system. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications are included in the solicitation documents.
