The proposal due date of Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT remains unchanged The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Digital Communication and Graphic Design Services Contract at JBLM, WA. The period of performance is as follows: Phase-in Period: 18 June 2026 through 30 June 2026 Base Year: 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2027 Option YR1: 1 July 2027 through 30 June 2028 Option YR2: 1 July 2028 through 30 June 2029 This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, size standard is $34,000,000.00 per year and PSC of R422. To be considered, please adhere to the FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offerors, located within the solicitation. To be eligible for award, offeror must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
