Architectural and Engineering Services (A/E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity

This is a notice only for the submission of Architect -Engineer Qualification Packages, SF330. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point, NY is issuing this notice for the procurement of Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), West Point NY. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act (Public Law 92-582), as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. This is not a request for proposal. No pricing information is requested at this time. Description: The Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for general A-E services in support of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and other construction programs within West Point. Services may include, but are not limited to: Planning, investigation, and design services Preparation of studies, reports, cost estimates, and technical analyses Development of construction drawings and specifications Construction Phase Services (Title II) Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) services Environmental and Infrastructure - related services Projects will primarily involve facilities and infrastructure typical of military installations and may include administrative, training, operational, and support facilities, as well as utility and infrastructure systems. Work may also include renovation, repair, alteration, and rehabilitation of existing historic facilities. Work will consist of renovation, repair, alteration, and rehabilitation projects of varying size and complexity. Contract Information: The Government intends to award up to three (3) IDIQ contracts. Each contract will have an ordering period not to exceed five (5) years. The total aggregate capacity of all contracts will not exceed $20,000,000.00. Task orders will be Firm Fixed Price.
