The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) through the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP) financed by the World Bank, intends to engage qualified consulting firms for the Provision of Technical Advisory and Implementation Support Services Under a Multi-Provider Open Framework Agreement. The project supports implementation of various interventions related to tax administration modernization, including ICT modernization, data analytics, customs digital enforcement systems, tax administration improvements, and institutional strengthening. FBR intends to acquire technical advisory and support services on demand, through qualified firms under framework agreement. The assignment requires the provision of specialized technical advisory and implementation support services for the implementation of FBR modernization reforms, supported under PRRP. Under this Framework Agreement, empaneled firms shall deliver assignment-specific outputs and services through Call-off Contracts issued by FBR b
