Creation of the State Automated Information and Communication System "Vineyard-Winery Register"

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Project Office in Ukraine, invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the procurement of services for the creation of the State Automated Information and Communication System “Vineyard–Winery Register” in Ukraine. The assignment aims to design, develop, and implement a national‑level digital information system to support the registration, management, and traceability of vineyards and wineries, in line with Ukrainian regulatory requirements and international best practices. The system shall include interoperability with state registers (including Trembita), GIS functionality, secure data exchange, scalable architecture, and sustainability for long‑term operation. Proposals will be evaluated based on mandatory eligibility criteria, technical quality (60%), and financial competitiveness (40%). The contract will be awarded to the bidder achieving the highest combined score, subject to meeting all compliance requirements.
