No. 46.00.0000.303.006.25.003.25-200 Date: 23.06.2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) of Selection and Employment of a Firm for Management of Foreign Tours The Local Government Division (LGD), Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, under the Improvement of Urban Public Health Preventive Services Project (IUPHPSP) , invites eligible consulting firms/service providers to submit proposals for the following assignment: Package No. Assignment Title IUPHPSP-NS-01 Selection and Employment of a Firm for Management of Foreign Tours Brief Description of the Assignment The consulting firm/service provider will be responsible for the comprehensive management and facilitation of foreign study tours, exposure visits, and related travel arrangements under the IUPHPSP in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR). Eligibility and Qualification Requirements : Interested firms/service providers shall meet the following minimum requirements: (1) Minimum 07 (Seven) years of overall experience and at least 05 (Five) years of experience in similar assignments, (2) update Trade License (3) TIN Certificate, (4) BIN/VAT Registration Certificate, (5) Certificate of Incorporation/Registration (where applicable) and (6) Adequate financial, managerial, technical, and logistical capacity to perform the assignment successfully, (8) Pre-Proposal Meeting Period 01 July 2026; 2:30 PM, (9) Proposal Submission Closing Time15 July 2026, 12:00 PM and (10) Proposal Opening Time 15 July 2026, 12:00 PM; Proposal documents fee Tk. 4,000.00 (Four Thousand only) on cash or Pay order in favor of Project Director, IUPHPSP.
