The Government of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Access Scale-up Project (EASP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Line Installation Contractors. 2. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the execution of Construction Works in Refugee Hosting Districts (RHDs).
