The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following non-consulting services: Deliverable Quantity Delivery Date Inception report outlining the approach, methodology and implementation schedule 1 2 weeks after commencement of the assignment Digitized records - Cohort 1 Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 2,030 officers to be digitized Week 10 Digitized records - Cohort 2 Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 3,577 officers to be digitized Week 20 Digitized records – Cohort 3; Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 8,747 officers to be digitized Week 38 Documentation manual on digitizing paper-based records; 1 Weeks 40 Final Report and Completion Certificate 1 Week 42 3.
