Country: Grenada Name of Project: Caribbean Efficiency and Green Energy Building Project (CEGEB) Contract Title: Computer & Accessories Credit No.: IDA-77130 RFQ Reference No.: GD-GRENADA MCRERE-489813-GO-RFQ The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Efficiency and Green Energy Building Project (CEGEB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Computer & Accessories for PIU. The Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment and Renewable Energy now invites Quotations from eligible Suppliers for the following items: Description Quantity 1. Laptop Computer 12 2. Headphones 12 3. Docking Station and Monitor 12 4. Scanner 2 The items are to be delivered to the Central Procurement Unit, Galleria Mall, Grand Anse, St. George , within a delivery period of 6 – 8 weeks . 3. Bidding will be conducted through Shopping Procedures using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”[1] fifth edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Additionally, please refer to Section III, paragraphs 3.14 and 3.15 of the Procurement Regulations, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
