SDTF No. TF C7573-KG: The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic's “Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing” project, financed by the World Bank, announces a competition for the following vacant position: Healthcare Quality Consultant – Dashboard Date of publication: 29-06-2026 Deadline for applications: 13-07-2026 As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position: Healthcare Quality Consultant – Dashboard Qualification Requirements: Higher medical education in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Public Health, or another relevant field, with postgraduate training or specialization ; Experience in managing and participating in interagency working groups, developing strategic and regulatory documents in the field of health, including the reform of PHC and health digitalization ; Experience in organizing and conducting educational events, training sessions, and training for healthcare workers ; Experience in preparing analytical, final, and monitoring reports, developing methodological and presentation materials, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of training events ; Experience in interacting with international organizations and development partners, including WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and other international health projects ; Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
