The Program seeks to improve foundational learning outcomes by increasing access to pre-primary education and improving learning environments and teaching skills in lower primary education As part of the Program's commitment to increasing access to pre-primary education and improving learning environments and teaching skills in lower primary education, the Ministry intends to engage a qualified consulting firm to provide consultancy services for Improved Teaching Content, Practices and Supervision System. The consulting services (“the Services”) will provide technical assistance (TA) to strengthen Continuous Professional Development (CPD), teacher supervision systems, pre-service teacher training, and quality assurance of literacy and numeracy curricula and Teaching and Learning Materials (TLMs) for P-Class and Standards 1–3.
