GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Kingdom of Lesotho Ministry of Energy and Mining Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation (ASCENT) – Lesotho Project GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Loan No./Credit No./TF No./Grant No. IDA-8039- LS Project ID No. P513939 Issue Date : 19 June 2026 The kingdom of Lesotho has received financing in the amount of US$50 million IDA Credit equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation (ASCENT) – Lesotho Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
