Cambodia Nurturing Early Skills through Technology (NEST) Grant ID: TF-D1532 Project ID: P509852 G ENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Shanti Volunteer Association (SVA) has applied for financing in the amount of US 4.73 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nurturing Early Skills through Technology Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The objective of the project is to enhance access and quality of early childhood education in the target districts by promoting learning through play employing digital technology. The project will include the following components: Component 1: Enhancing Quality of Early Childhood Education Service Delivery through Teacher Training and Parental Engagement Component 2: Expand access to quality Early Childhood Education Component 3: Strengthening Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers February 2025, and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations .2 After project negotiations, the World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. Specific procurement notices for contracts subject to open national competitive procurement will be announced, as they become available, on the World Bank’s external website and SVA Cambodia’s official communication channels, including its Facebook page.
