CIM - AMFRI Consórcio Intermunicipal Multifinalitário da Região da AMFRI Integrated Sustainable Mobility Project at the Mouth of the Itajaí River (PROMOBIS) P178557 GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) Institution: International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) / World Bank Country: Brazil Project: Integrated Sustainable Mobility Project at the Mouth of the Itajaí River (PROMOBIS) Sector: Transport / Urban Mobility Loan Number: IBRD-96710 Project ID: P178557 Approval by the World Bank Board of Executive Directors: April 12, 2024 Expected Closing Date: December 31, 2031 The CIM-AMFRI (Consórcio Intermunicipal Multifinalitário da Região da AMFRI) will receive a loan equivalent to US$ 90,000,000.00 (ninety million US Dollars) from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD / World Bank), Loan IBRD-96710, and intends to apply these funds toward payments for works, goods, non-consulting services, and consulting services under the Integrated Sustainable Mobility Project at the Mouth of the Itajaí River (PROMOBIS). The Project also includes a minimum local counterpart contribution of US$ 30,000,000.00 (thirty million US Dollars), totaling US$ 120,000,000.00 (one hundred and twenty million US Dollars) in public funds. Procurement will be carried out by the Project Coordination Unit (PROMOBIS PCU), which is responsible for fiduciary management and for compliance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Fifth Edition – September 2023), and will be open to all bidders from eligible countries. The objective of the Project is to improve accessibility and mobility in an inclusive and low-emission manner in selected areas of the Mouth of the Itajaí River Region, in the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
