The Government of Tuvalu has received a Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the Tuvalu Pacific Regional Oceanscape Program for Economic Resilience (PROPER) and intends to apply the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Quotation is issued. You must quote for all (100%) the items under this Invitation.
