The consulting services will support the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) in strengthening technology governance frameworks, digital transformation initiatives, and institutional capacity to enhance efficient public service delivery. Objective of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to provide advanced technical expertise to the Federal Civil Service Commission in the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and sustainable software systems that support public sector reform and digital government initiatives. Qualification Experience Requirements Required qualification Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
