Procurement of CCTV Surveillance System, Solarization, Illumination equipment, Audio Guiding Systems and Desktop Computers for Jamrud Fort District, Khyber

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khyber Pass Economic Corridor Project (KPEC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of CCTV Surveillance System, Solarization and Illumination equipment at Jamrud Fort District, Khyber under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) through this Request for Bid (RFB). The Project Management Unit (PMU) – KPEC invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders/Contractors/Firms for the procurement of CCTV Surveillance System, Solarization and Illumination equipment at Jamrud Fort District, Khyber under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) for (1) Supply and Installation of CCTV Surveillance System (2) Supply and Installation of a complete solution of a 30KV Solar system at Jamrud Fort (3) Procurement of Illumination Equipment for the illumination of Jamrud Fort, District Khyber (4) Supply of Audio Guide System (5) Supply of Desktop Systems. The bidders may submit bids for one or more lots, and the evaluation and contract awards will be carried out on a lotwise basis accordingly. The Procurement will be carried out under the Request for Bid (RFB) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations (Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services. July 2016 (Revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September 2025) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
