The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (GoB) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Chattogram Water Supply Improvement Project (CWSIP), to be implemented by Chattogram Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (CWASA), an autonomous entity of the GoB, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for System Improvement and DMA Formation, Lot 1: MOHARA Water Supply System, Lot 2: Modunaghat and Kalurghat Water Supply System. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing 2. The Chattogram Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (CWASA) now invites sealed Proposals from the eligible Proposers for Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for System Improvement and DMA Formation, Lot 1: MOHARA Water Supply System, Lot 2: Modunaghat and Kalurghat Water Supply System.
