Title/ Position Qualifications Experience Procurement Specialist Master Degree or equivalent (minimum sixteen years of education) in business, engineering, procurement, logistics management or supply chain management; or equivalent. Diploma or certification in procurement, supply chain management or project management will be accorded due weightage. At least, eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services. Knowledge and implementation experience of various international/ national/subnational public procurement rules shall be accorded due weightage.
