Periodo agosto 2024 a diciembre 2025 y se propone utilizar una parte de los fondos para los contratos de servicios de consultoría. Los servicios de consultoría ("los Servicios") comprenden: Los servicios de una empresa auditora que deberá brindar recomendaciones de mejora al Ministerio de Economía y a la Unidad Implementadora del Proyecto, provenientes de una evaluación sistemática e independiente de su operación técnica y financiera durante el periodo de agosto 2024 a diciembre de 2025, que contribuyan a fortalecer el sistema de control y optimizar el uso de recursos; auditar los estados financieros que constituyen el informe financiero Anual que debe ser presentado al Banco Mundial, según lo establecido en la sección 5.6.2 del Manual Operativo del Proyecto, examinando las transacciones
