The Republic of Tajikistan Recipient has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Millati Solim Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of: L1-Medical Equipment; L2- Medical Instruments; and L3-Laboratory Supplies for 1 CHC and 21 RHCs and for 157 facilities in Bokhtar & Norak cities, Dangara, Baljuvon, Levakant, Temurmalik, Shahrinav, Sangvor, Rushon and Roshtqala districts. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of: L1-Medical Equipment; L2- Medical Instruments; and L3-Laboratory Supplies for 1 CHC and 21 RHCs and for 157 facilities in Bokhtar & Norak cities, Dangara, Baljuvon, Levakant, Temurmalik, Shahrinav, Sangvor, Rushon and Roshtqala districts. 2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3.
