ET-AUC-561624-CS-INDV The African Union Commission has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Eastern and Southern Africa Girls’ Empowerment and Resilience (EAGER) programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include maintaining and regularly updating M&E databases, tracking tools, and information management systems to ensure accurate and reliable programme records. Specific tasks include: Designing and managing databases to store programme data and ensure accurate reporting. Maintaining and regularly updating M&E databases, tracking tools, and information management systems to ensure accurate and reliable programme records. Regularly collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing data and monitoring project progresses against established indicators and targets. Assisting in the administration of surveys, assessments, evaluations, and other data collection activities, including questionnaire preparation, data entry, and initial analysis. Maintaining organized records of M&E documents, reports, datasets, tools, and supporting evidence for audit and reporting purposes. Conducting regular data quality checks and support data verification exercises to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported information Following up with implementing partners and relevant stakeholders on submission of required monitoring data and reporting information, under the guidance of the M&E Officer. Providing regular updates on programme achievements, challenges, and risks to program team and stakeholders Assisting the preparations of monitoring reports, dashboards, data visualizations
