Karmayogi Bharat a company established u/s 8 of the Companies Act 2013, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has received financing from the above loan of World Bank toward the cost of the Public Service Capability Enhancement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Language Translation and Dubbing of e-Learning Courses available on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform . 2.
