The Ministry of Agriculture – Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include Consultancy Services for development of irrigation organization for Mpamba, Bua and Chilingali Irrigation Schemes.
