No.: NP-AEPC-20262702-CS-CQS Project ID Number: P149239, World Bank SCF Grants Number: TF0A8382 Date of Notice Publication: 2 7 July 2026 The Government of Nepal has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Private Sector-Led Mini-Grid Energy Access Project (MGEAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of Consulting Services. The Consulting Services (“the Services”) include Study on the Fuel Switching Potential and Readiness Assessment of Thermic Fluid Heating Systems in Nepal’s Plastic Manufacturing Industry. An estimated input of key experts is 165 person-days. The total duration of the consultancy services will be 2 months and the expected start date of the assignment is September 2026 . The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment can be obtained from the website of AEPC: www.aepc.gov.np or can be obtained from the office of AEPC located in Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal. The AEPC now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
