REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ( CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION ) Country : Ukraine Project : 176114: “Ukraine – Improving Power System Resilience for European Power Grid Integration (Installation of Hybrid Systems for Electricity Production in Ukrhydroenergo)” Grant No. : CTF Grant No. TF0B5724 Assignment Title : “Consulting service provision on training and workshops focused on Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG)” Reference number : No. UHE-IPSR-ESG PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” has received financing from the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) to cover the costs of implementing Project 176114: “Ukraine – Improving Power System Resilience for European Power Grid Integration (Installation of Hybrid Systems for Electricity Production in Ukrhydroenergo)” and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds for consultancy services under Part 2 . Technical Support of the Project. The consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) envisage the implementation of the program of strengthening capacity of PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” (UHE) in the area of Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG), which shall include two complementary components: () conducting basic ESG trainings for a broad audience of UHE employees to promote a general understanding of ESG - integrating ESG aspects into UHE’s corporate management practices, including the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) as part of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD); and (ii) conducting in-depth practical sessions for employees directly involved in the implementation of ESG principles and reporting at UHE according to European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and other standards of International Financial Institutions (IFI), as well as in the planning and implementation of projects using E&S risk management tools.
