The current projects financed by the World Bank for Tuvalu is close to USD 228 million. To support the preparation and implementation of these projects, the Government of Tuvalu has endorsed the establishment of the Central Project Management Office (CPMO) to strengthen its capacity in core cross-cutting functions including financial management, environmental and social safeguards, communications, monitoring and evaluation and procurement. The consulting services (“the Services”) is for the Director of CPMO to provide support to implementing agencies in areas such as preparing and will provide financial management oversight and technical support for all World Bank funded projects supported by the CPMO The position is a full-time position based in Tuvalu country for the duration of 13 months.
