The Government of the Republic of South Sudan, through the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementation of the Regional Climate Resilience Program for Eastern and Southern Africa and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Rehabilitation of Malakal Town Flood and Drainage System . For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, 2.
