The Project Director, BWSPIP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction Works of above-mentioned contract. 3. The Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using Request for Bids (RFB) method as specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated September 2023 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraph 3.14 of Procurement Regulations that sets forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 4. The completion time for whole of the scope included in the contract package mentioned is 30 months.
