For this contract, the Borrower shall process payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, except for payments to be made through a letter of credit, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, and the Asian Development Bank’s Loan Disbursement Handbook. The Ministry of Health (MoH) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Vaccine Refrigerator (1,872 units) that will be delivered, installed at several location including training, operational support and maintenance services. The expected delivery schedule shall be within two (2) years after the contract signing date. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding document.
