Annual email marketing platform subscription for the CARMC Project

SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Request for Quotations Country: Ukraine Name of Project: Center for Advancement in Restoration and Modernization Capacity Project Contract Title: Annual email marketing platform subscription for the CARMC Project Grant No.: TF0C4831 RFB Reference No.: G-RFQ-2.6 1. The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association (the World Bank) and Kyiv School of Economics Institute (KSEI) have signed the Grant Agreement No. TF0C4831 dated May 7, 2024, in an amount not to exceed three million two hundred twelve thousand United States Dollars (USD 3,212,000) for the Project ‘Center for Advancement in Restoration and Modernization Capacity (CARMC)’ (hereinafter referred to as the I_CAN Project). The KSEI is the implementing entity for the Project. A portion of these funds is intended to cover expenditures under the contract for the financing of logistical support for event organization. 2. The KSEI now invites Quotations from eligible Suppliers for: - Annual subscription to an email marketing platform for a period of 12 (twelve) months. Evaluation will be conducted based on comparing price quotations received from Service providers. Detailed information is described in the Request for Quotations (the Tender Documents). 3. The tender will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September, 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Service providers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
