The Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA), Government of Sindh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Hiring of Event Management Firm. 2. The Procuring Agency Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the hiring of event management firm. The document is prepared lot/cluster wise and the firm/bidders may participate for one or more lots/clusters. The objective of this assignment is to engage a qualified Event Management Firm to provide end-to-end logistical, administrative, and event management support for conducting orientation sessions & SSPA events at twenty-two (22) project intervention districts of Sindh. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [November 2020] (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
