Phnom Penh, 17 August 2026 REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Individual Consultant: National Senior Technical Advisor (Intermittent) (MISTI-IC-13) Project Title: WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION ACCELERATION PROJECT (WASAC) IDA Credit No.: 7427-KH and 7428-KH Project ID No.: P178417 Contract No. and Title: MISTI-IC-13, National Senior Technical Advisor (Intermittent) The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) and the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MPWT), through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), have received a Credit in the amount of US$163 million equivalent from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Water Supply and Sanitation Acceleration Project (WASAC) for six years starting from 2024 to 2029 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Service - Individual Consultant: National Senior Technical Advisor (Intermittent) (MISTI-IC-13) .
