The main scope of services under this assignment (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) includes: Providing consulting advice on the organization and structuring of One Health data resources; assessing the status of existing data and literature resources; providing recommendations on approaches and methodologies for extracting, organizing, and consolidating information from unstructured materials using AI tools such as large language models; and providing continuous support during the database development process. Providing consulting services for the planning of the One Health Data Management and Knowledge Service Platform; identifying practical requirements for the integration, retrieval, and analysis of large-scale academic literature; and, considering application scenarios of large language models in literature retrieval, question answering, and information integration, providing recommendations on platform functions and application scenarios.
