REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI) SELECTION OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (ADVERTISEMENT) SRI LANKA SRI LANKA PORTS AND LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PORTAL) Grant No.: TF0D0285 Assignment Title: Hiring of an International Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist on Container Terminal Development and Logistics (Individual) Reference No.: LK-SLPA-GFPP-555535-CS-INDV The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ports and Logistics Development Project (PORTAL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of independent strategic public-private partnership advisory support to the Sri Lanka Ports Authority and the Government of Sri Lanka in relation to potential private sector participation in container terminals and related port infrastructure. The assignment is expected to require approximately nine calendar months from commencement until 30 April 2027. The Specialist is expected to be physically present in Colombo for approximately 21 days during the assignment period, requiring at least three visits to Colombo.
