The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Procurement of Day-to-Day Office Supplies (Stationery, Computer Stationery, Cost of Other Store etc.) 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - One Envelope competitive procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) (Non-Bank SPD) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
